But what on earth did I DO?

When I woke up this morning my left wrist hurt to flex, either direction. It felt alot like it did in the past when I fell asleep in a chair with my head resting on my flexed hand, so I assumed I had slept with my wrist flexed - likely under some pressure and for some time.

The previous time, the pain and discomfort went away quickly. But my wrist still hurts. Wish I had a wrist brace, so I would stop flexing it by accident. It's not the same pinchy kind of pain I sometimes get in my wrist that keeps me from flexing the wrist under pressure (thus, no leaning on my hands unless I keep the wrist straight - Annoying as all get out.) but more a muscle and joint fatigue feeling.
