This may be the last chance.
Sushi Station is set to close (according to my information sources) at the end of this month. I will be there tonight, with adammaker at 6 pm for one last sushi-stuffing-of-self.

Come one, come all. You can find the Sushi Station on 23rd, about a block east of Iowa. If you pass the Subway, you have gone too far.

This is what I was told two weeks ago. Seems they thought they would close end of last month, but hung on. They didn't seem to hopeful about being able to do that again. And they didn't renew their liquor license.

I remember we commented last time I was there that it was odd the place was byob. That must have been in November, though, because Katie was here and she went home before Thanksgiving.

*sigh* so sad. I may convince Lou we need to go tonight.


BTW, totally off topic, are you thinking of Costume Con? I'm working towards it, but I still don't know.

There's always next year. It's still close, in March-April in St. Louis. 2007 it goes back to California, so get it while the getting's good!

I was a little surprised to see a big ad for Sushi Station in the phone book that came out in December. The shut-down must be a sudden decision?

Either way, it is unfortunate, and I wish we could go because I loooove the sushi.
