My back is worse that usual.

Why does it let me get into positions it won't let me get out of, anyway? This afternoon I was hunched down with my rear on my heels and my knees on the floor watching a co-worker put together a piece of equipment I had not yet worked with. When I got back up my back protested... alot. All the way up. I know from experience that if I can get back to straight, it stops hurting, so I just kept going. When I was nearly straight I realized I was about to pass out. Not from pain, I don't think, but from blood pressure issues... and I wasn't even straightening up quickly, since it hurt so much. Thankfully, I was right by a wall and just let myself slump down it to nearly prone. At that point, I felt fine, got up without pain, and went my merry way. Weird. If my co-worker hadn't been so intent on the equipment, he'd have been even MORE concerned than he was. Wonder what the repercussions of this will be.
