The API I was handed yesterday is stubbornly refusing to dissolve, even with the help of polyethylene glycol 400, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol and dimethylacetamide. But that's pretty typical for APIs sent to us to solublize - if it were easy, the client would have done it, right?
Someone ELSE gets the wonderous fun of filling 400+ capsules per day of the hot melt I was having such fun with a few weeks ago. I have, of course, been happy to offer advice. :p
Note to body: you can start the monthly flush any time now. I am getting a little impatient with the wait and the PMS, thanks. Of course, the PMS is likely the culprit with regards to the lack of patience.
