Maybe, just maybe, Aydena isn't the wimpy healer I thought her. I just keep measuring myself against some stellar characters. Being related to most of them doesn't help *not* trying to measure up to them.

Last night, in ZG, I was fighting with another healer for 2nd position, and neither of us was far behind the leader. And the three of us were head and shoulders beyond the other three or so healers (one of which was a Holy spec priest with a much longer history as a 60 then Aydena, who was still Shadow spec. I don't pretend to understand). O.O I can't get TOO excited however - brother Urnirus (Druid and class leader of same) was tanking in bear form rather than healing and brother Thaurn (shaman and class leader of Hunters) was... well, I assume he was dealing damage rather than healing it, because his numbers were nowhere near what I am used to seeing, so I don't know how the three of us would have stacked up against them. On the plus side, however, the total healing was perfectly adequet to the job at hand, so..... hmmmm.

Going to ask brother Hrasith (just happens to be the Priest class leader) what kind of spec I should have for healing. Wonder what my numbers will look like after that.

'Twas funny last night when a few guild members finally pegged to the fact that, not only am I related to a large number of fellow members, but that I am related by blood to three of the eight class leaders, and consider a fourth an 'honorary' brother. Of a successful raiding guild (100+ members). Ayup. What, me, proud of my brothers? You don't say. ;D
