Note to self:
When the instructions say 'grease baking pan', I don't care HOW much butter it looks like the things contain, GREASE THE DAMN PAN.

Yeah, because some butters don't even have oil in them. Ick!
I'm laughing at you. I'm also cleaning a sheet pan I didn't oil well enough last night, and it tore off the bottom layer of a ciabatta pizza. So don't just grease, grease well.
Also, when making a cake using your shiny new silicon mini-loaf pans, do not say to yourself, "Grease and flour? These things are supposed to be non-stick!" Admittedly, much easier to clean when the full separation fails, but still annoying when you're baking cranberry nut loaf for presents.

Been there, done that & a question
The pans will always try to foil whatever concoction you're making, and be twice as bad when it's for an imporatant event, like a birfday cake. At least that's been my experience. :)
Question- 1.are you still going to Dragoncon, and 2. were you still doing the Shrek princess thing with Aurora Celeste? Packing space will be at a premium as I'll be arriving with Selina to work the Yard Dog Press table so I thought I'd check. Either way is ok with me- I'll drag along Fiona if yes and leave it behind if y'all have other costuming you're planning instead.

Re: Been there, done that & a question
Yes, I am still planning to go to D*C. But my costuming plans pretty much consist of figuring out how to get Lilith down there and a bunch of everday outfits I have made for myself recently. I am going to be dreadfully boring, costuming wise. Not sure what all Aurora still has planned.
