I have new upstairs neighbors, but I still wake up between 5 and 5:30, so it seems the neighbors aren't to blame. That, and I woke up between 6 and 6:30 (Atlanta time) every day I was in Atlanta, which is more proof.


But, for heaven's sake, I would really like to STOP waking like that, because I am still sleepy and just want to go back to sleep, otherwise I would consider just making that my start-of-day.
