I have to give them props for this.

Bioware/EA promised a Signature Edition of Dragon Age II to anyone that ordered on or before Jan. 11. But the retailers... well, let's just call that situation FUBAR, shall we? Retailers either didn't order in time, or had two different links to order (often with a price difference, which was completely counter to what Bioware/EA was offering). The two different orders I can kind of understand, as they had to be treated differently after Jan. 11.


Anyway, long story short, I followed the link to Best Buy that was posted on the Bioware forum and ordered.


And ended up with a plain old Dragon Age II. Which is fine, as far as it goes. Certainly, that's what Best Buy 'knew' I was ordering. Seems they had a different link for the SE. :p



BUT, I used the EA Support site, explained my situation (politely) and attached the email I got from Best Buy when I ordered. This morning, I had an email with a code that gave me access to the promo items, including the Exiled Prince DLC.

And I am a happy little consumer again.




By the way: LOVING THE GAME. And I have only gotten through the first act so far.
